IT puts you at the heart of a huge international family, where you can share experiences,

travel and friendship with people of all nations.You should be a member of a National Youth

Hostel Association, like YHAI, WHICH is recognised by IYHF in order to stay in a youth hostel

listed on this site. There are 3ways to become a member :

1. Purchase a membership from your nearest Youth Hostel Association Office or membership selling outlet before you start your journey.

2.Purchase an International "WELCOME STAMP" (one pernight up to a maximum of six)   when you arrive at a hostel outside your country of residence.

3.Send two passport size(3.5x2.5) colour photo, photocopy of your passport/ID card/Driving lisence /Pan Card / any ID PROOF, PHOTOCOPY of your age proof and an address proof to the fllowing address by post / mail with Rs. 200 INR BY DRAFT  and you will get the membership card with in seven working days at your mentioned address by post.
